Former Chairman of Kidder Township Board of Supervisors, I was unanimously appointed to the Planning Commission for Lake Harmony, Kidder Township, Carbon County. Both the area School District & Township of the First Class have needed me to do Feasibility Studies and win Grant Monies for the local economy. I served Secretary for PA Lake Management Society, As well as educator representing for the Consortium for Scientific Advancement of Watersheds, and has taught Homeowner Lake Groups/Associations lake quality and water monitoring. I have experience designing and building Bathymetric survey's for below water topography maps. Before accepting a career in Real Estate, my favorite projects while serving as Township Road Master included installing storm drains to the Jack Frost Ski Area traffic light I fought PennDot for. I just retired the Summer of 2018 from PA Fish & Boat Commission as its North East Aquatic Resource Program Specialist, 27 years. It was natural evolution for me to get involved in the Real Estate field.
