My husband and I knew that buying a home would be difficult in the current real estate climate. A listing would appear on a website one day, and it was literally pending the next. I watched the websites intently and if we were interested, we called Tom and his team and they got us in ASAP. We placed a few offers on a couple of properties, but alas, with the interest rates being so low, us requiring a full sellers assist to cover closing costs, and so many buyers approved for a mortgage, we knew we may not be able to compete. This is why having Tom on our side was crucial! On the 3rd home we put an offer on, we were the first to see it, but again shot down. Our offer was too low, our seller's assist was too high, and they had received another offer right after ours that the seller was going to accept. Tom knew how devastated we would be if we lost this perfect move-in ready home and DID NOT take no for an answer. After speaking with the sellers agent on our behalf to give us a crack at a counter, he came up with some creative solutions to make it happen, and the sellers finally accepted our offer! I already thought Tom was the best out there, but now we know for sure! We could not have been happier with our decision to choose Tom as our Realtor, and thank him from the bottom of our hearts for going to bat for us, going above and beyond, and making our dreams a reality! Tom is very knowledgeable about the current market, provides solid advice about what good offer should be on a property, what issues or advantages he sees with the property, and he also provides insight from the sellers.
